One2One and Small Group METAFIT™ and META PWR™ Sessions

I currently do 11 sessions a week at various locations and times. However, I’m aware that not all times suit. So, I’m offering one2one and small group sessions too at £24 per session PLUS I come to you!!

If there’s a time that works for you, but keen on a small group set up then let me know. It may be that there’s a few with the same idea! Perhaps your workplace would be interested as at only 30 minutes it’ll fit perfectly before work, during lunch or just after work. 

 

META PWR™

Starts tomorrow – Monday 13 March 2017. Still 30 minutes, still tough, still gets you strong, still gets you results! If you can do a Metafit session then you’ll be able to do a MetaPWR session…!

METAFIT™ 

Venue change – on Saturday 25 March we’ll be at Harrogate Hockey Club instead as there’s an all day tournament on at the Squash Club.

Cancellations – although rare, please remember that if you need to cancel a booked session less than 2 hours before it starts then charges will still apply. If you’ve paid for a block of sessions, then it will simply be deducted from that. If you PAYG, payment will be required at your next session.
