Due to the COVID-19 virus, all my classes at venues will be temporarily put on hold. I will be offering live streamed interactive classes instead!!
HOW IT WORKS
Join myself and others doing workouts at home – streamed live and instructor led!! This means you’ll be getting input from your instructor during the class to help with technique and safety so you get the most from the class as possible!!
Use your iPhone, android phone, tablet, iPad, PC or Mac!
Running times will still be around 45 minutes and include warm up and cool down. Workout time itself is no more than 25 minutes long.
You don’t need to be an Olympic athlete to take part! All exercises can be adapted to meet most levels of fitness and you are encouraged to take breaks as you need to.
- Water bottle (with water)
- Appropriate fitness clothing
Nice to have:
- Resistance band / 2m (latex or latex free, NOT looped kind) – there are various resistance tension levels available and sold for around £5. For an example of one CLICK HERE

NOTE – If you’ve already been coming to Be Healthy Active (or Wheelie Fit Mum) classes you will use your existing blocks of classes purchased or PAYG (by BACS) as normal.
1-2-1 and couple (1-2-2) classes are also available. Just contact me to arrange yours!

- If you are NOT already registered with Be Healthy Active (or Wheelie Fit Mum), then CLICK HERE and click the ‘sign up’ button to register.
- Download the PT Minder app from the App Store or Google Play.
- Log in using the Username and Password you created when signing up / registering
- Book your class/es via the app
- You will get details of how to join your online class/es in the booking confirmation and reminder emails that you receive
As you are completing these workouts at home please ensure the area you’re using is safe and free from potential hazards (rugs, coffee tables, lamps etc). You don’t need to use a large area (around 2m square).
Please also ensure there is someone else at home when you take part in an online class or that your emergency contact is aware of and contactable during each class.
Check that you are still in ’shot’ when standing and lying down so I can check your technique during the workout. I will advise on this too.
Please respect everyone’s privacy!! Do not record ANY part of the class.
Due to the nature of the software being used I cannot completely restrict who can see you during the workout. i.e. participant names and thumbnail videos can show. Ultimately, people will be doing the workout and will be too busy to worry about finding and scrolling through attendees. IF you would prefer to not be visible, then feel free to turn your camera / video off at the start, BUT please leave your audio on so you can still hear me and any music. You should still be able to see me though. NOTE – that I will not be able to check your technique if your camera is off.
I’ve no intention of posting anything from the online workout itself on social media… no screenshots, no audio, no video, nothing! If anything, it’ll be a picture / video of me in action, back room style!

The purpose of an exercise activity is to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. You will experience some feelings of exertion during each activity class and may become hot and uncomfortable at times. You can expect your breathing to become more rapid and your heart rate to increase. As your fitness improves, your goals may lead you to participate in more vigorous levels of activity, but these should remain within your capabilities. All activities will be explained to you and demonstrated, but you should feel free to ask any questions you may have. Any exercise activity carries with it an element of risk. The classes are designed to minimise risk yet, at the same time, provide an effective exercise/ activity. Please inform the instructor if there is any reason why you should not participate in an activity; for example, an illness or an injury which might be aggravated by exercise. If, at any time, you feel undue pain or excessive discomfort stop the activity immediately and inform the instructor of your symptoms. You are free to withdraw from any activity at any time you wish.
Although rare, please remember that if you need to cancel a booked class less than 1 hour before it starts, charges will still apply. If you’ve paid for a block of classes, then it will simply be deducted from that. If you PAYG, payment will be required by bank transfer.
