WHAT IS HIIT TIME?
HIIT time currently includes Metafit™, MetaPWR™ and HIIT STEP sessions on a 3 week rolling timetable. (keep an eye on my Instagram and Facebook page to see what’s coming up in any given week!!)
Metafit™ is a non choreographed, bodyweight only HIIT workout! Combines the latest HIIT techniques with traditional ‘old school’ bodyweight exercises to set the metabolism on fire! This is not a home workout, nor available on DVD.
MetaPWR™ is a group X workout from Metafit™. Sticking to fundamental training principles, this is a power circuit class using functional kit and exercises to work muscle and boost metabolism!
HIIT STEP is an innovative class using only bodyweight and a STEP. It has been developed using the expertise and experience from those that have competed for and worked with Team GB
All are short, sharp and pack a punch! The sessions are short and at no more than 25 minutes long they are perfect if you have limited time to exercise!!
Venues are child friendly so you can bring your little one/s along if you want or need to.

Please make sure you book on any sessions beforehand. If you’ve not booked (or not told me you’re coming along) then it could be a wasted journey! If in doubt contact me ….
Although rare, please remember that if you need to cancel a booked session less than 2 hours before it starts then charges will still apply. If you’ve paid for a block of sessions, then it will simply be deducted from that. If you PAYG, payment will be required at your next session.
