What is the Habit Builder programme? It’s a 12 week programme of coaching that focuses on helping individuals identify, develop, and sustain healthy habits to achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being. Coaching is offered both in person and online.
As a Habit Builder Coach, I work with you:

- to gain confidence in how to do exercises;
- to increase confidence in yourself and your abilities;
- to achieve and maintain a simple healthy lifestyle ;
- to keep you accountable;
- to create a personalised workout programme;
- to guide you in making nutritional changes;
- to improve your body composition

Coaching and workout sessions at Rick Lowe Fitness Suite:
Monthly (4 sessions per month) – £160
Monthly (8 sessions per month) – £280

Coaching and workout sessions online (Zoom):
Block of 6 sessions to use in 8 weeks – £185
Monthly (4 sessions per month) – £140
Monthly (8 sessions per month) – £250
You might live a bit far away for me to get to you or maybe this is something you feel more comfortable with. Online PT sessions are fantastic for keeping you accountable; motivated and on track. I try to develop sessions around equipment you have available wherever possible. This option includes
- Zoom PT session/s;
- a personalised workout programme;
- meal prep guidance including menu planning and recipes;
- access to my on demand classes
Coaching and doing workout programmes in your own time:
Monthly – £135
If you’re comfortable with exercising; self motivated and want some accountability this is a great option! Online coaching includes:
