Get Fit Faster with HIIT Classes

These classes are High Intensity Interval Training classes. They are short (around 20 minutes), but effective, fitness classes that combine bursts of intense exercise followed by rest periods. Each class combines strength, plyometric and core exercises. They are a great way to lose fat, build muscle and get fit faster than some of the traditional ways of working out. Many of the exercises can be adapted, so would suit beginner to advanced exercisers.

WEDNESDAYS

7.00 – 7.45PM BOOK / REGISTER HERE

  • Water bottle
  • Appropriate fitness clothing
  • Exercise mat

Nice to have (depending on the class you’re attending):

  • Aerobics step at least 78cm long
  • Resistance band / 2m (latex or latex free, NOT looped kind)

PAYG £6.00

MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION – £20

Includes:

  • Unlimited scheduled class attendance (value £25.80 if PAYG once a week)
  • Access to on demand classes and a new one added every month (value £12)
  • A recipe book (value £7)

BLOCKS OF CLASSES (Valid for 12 months from purchase and before activation)

Block 6 classes – £33.00 (valid for 8 weeks once activated)

Block 10 classes – £50.00 (valid for 12 weeks once activated)

  1. If you are NOT already registered with Be Healthy Active, then CLICK HERE and click the ‘sign up’ button to register.
  2. Download the PT Minder app from the App Store or Google Play.
  3. Log in using the Username and Password you created when signing up / registering
  4. Book your class/es via the app
  5. You will get details of how to join your online class/es in the booking confirmation and reminder emails that you receive

Although rare, please remember that if you need to cancel a booked class less than 1 hour before it starts, charges will still apply. If you’ve paid for a block of classes, then it will simply be deducted from that. If you PAYG, payment will be required by bank transfer.
